I have recently begun to smell fuel after driving my 91 500SL.
I opened the hood and found some fuel around the area where the fuel pressure regulator attaches to the Fuel Distributor and am wondering if it is just from the two gaskets / seals that are used with screws to attach it to the Distributor? I am also a bit concerned as I am believe if I remove the regulator to change the gaskets / seals, it may be under pressure and...??
Thoughts?
