Fellas:
I am in the process of converting my 1991 560SEC to the NON self leveling susupension. Besides the rear shocks and springs from a NON SLS car, what all needs to be done? Can the Hydraulic setup be plugged? Do I have to repace the front shocks and springs as well?
The car is currently bouncy in the rear only.

Best,

Hello, Did you ever convert from SLS to normal shocks? Did you just plugg the hudraulic hose on the shocks? Did you also have to replace the springs?
I am thinking about doing the same since I cant find the SLS shocks anymore, seems like they are out of production.

Hello 560:
I converted a few of my Mercedes over by ordering replacement kits from a company called Strutmasters. I also did my 07 S550. I forgot what they did with the hydraulics though.
