SLR Wings on SLK R171

I heard some places in Asia like HK or China, there's a factory option to get SLR doors on the SLK. Does anybody know anything about that? Can that be done in Canada/US? $$? Aftermarket maybe?

I saw an SL at a showroom in HK that has that kind of door. But I don't know about the SLK. But I think Carlsson might be able to help. I saw one of their modified SL has that kind of door also
