Hi
I have a SLK -200 ( no blower..)
Is it possible to fit a blower onto the existing engine? And what tuning possibilities are there for the engine?
-and is it difference in the -200 and 200 kompressor and 230 komp. regarding suspension/ transmission etc etc.

Sorry for my english.
I don't know if anyone supercharged it.

Here in italy there is a boy that turboed his slk (not kompressor)

You should use Nissan CA18DET (easy adaptable) exhaust mainfold to mount a turbo and custom piping and intercooler.
You should obtain about 240 HP but you need to lowering your combustion chamber compression for it to accept increased pressure (>0,55 0,80 bar)

Slk 200 kompressor is very similar to your engine.
Anyway as far i know it has a slight more low compression (for accepting overboost) and a stronger crankshaft.

E' stata installata una turbina garret t3, il collettore di aspirazione è in acciaio artigianale, pressione di esercizio 0.9
Le camere di combustione sono state decompresse.
Scarico Remus doppio tondo più centrale
Filtro aria K&N
Risultato 237 cavalli al banco di prova.

I try to traslate...

He mounted a garret t3, intake pipe is in hand made steel and overboost is 0.9 bar.
Combustion chambers were decompressed.
Remus exhaust , twin tube .
Air filter kN
237 CV at wheels.

Too bad i dont speak italian....
-but it looks interesting.
Anything about the reliability on a "charged" engine? (With that set-up? )'

But.. Do you know if its difference on chassi / suspension etc on -200 / -200 komp / -230 komp?
