Hi all!

I have a question for you. When I put my trans . in P or N and press the accelerator, the engine goes only up to about 4200 revs. Then it starts shaking in the same whay as when it hits 5500 while moving. Is the fuel cut programmed to hit earlier when trans is in P or N?

Another thing is that my engine sounds like it has valve noise. You know, like in the old days when cars needed to have their valves adjusted manually. A guy told me, without hearing the sound, that it might how the supercharger sounds. What do you think?

Yes, fuel cut is supposed to behave the way it is. No, it is not good to sit there and rev your engine without load.
