The SEC/SLC grill and frame are available as upgrade kits from www.slaccessories.com The kit consists of a bolt on frame, however, some bodywork blending/welding may be required. A member of www.190revolution has a kit for sale.

I have seen pictures of euro W201's that have SEC style grills, but it's not just an add on cap, since the hood lines are wider and match up with the original SEC grill lines. German eBay sometimes offers the whole grill unit for the W201.
