I just purchased a SL600 that has 20" wheels and tires of 225/30/20 front and 285/30/20 rear. I like how the car sits low when on the lowest height setting, but I have been concerned with driving at that lowest setting because I am wondering if the tires have a chance of hitting the fenders when driving. So, I have been driving the car on the 1st raised height button instead of all the way down. I would like to ride it on the lowest setting, but any advise or experience or measurements regarding that would be appreciated. I placed a couple photos of the car in my photo link below so you can see ride height at its lowest setting, but I could take measurements too, like space between tires and fenders if that may help. Thanks!

Its hard to answer your question for many reasons.
I dont know if the car has any adjustable links, or a height module. I dont know what height it is now. The tire sizes dont sound right, they are not commom for this car. And it doesnt matter what height it is, if there is no scraping so far, there is no problem. So there is no way to know if it can go lower. The only way this could be solved is to take it to a person who knows all about modifying this car and let him figure it out.
