Only people that know what ///AMG means really care, and those that care know the difference.

People that do that kind of thing are only kidding themselves, and looking foolish at the same time.

Nope. His calipers are painted red.

The one I saw was a silver one, the same badge combination as the one on eBay.
People that don't know anything about Benz, weather they read SL55 or SLK230, it means nothing to them. And for people who know the meaning of the badges think the owner got to be stupid enough to do that.

That's my view on it.

I put "SL AMG Black Series" on mine. Someone offered me 100K on the spot.

You got to be full of crap.

Whoever is going to buy SL AMG Black Series knows very well what that means.
