Will these 2004 Sl55 Rims fit my 1999 W210 E-class
Front 18 x 8.5" ET 30
rear 18 x 9.5" ET 33

If so will I have to do any modifications(i.e. roll the fenders etc) what size tires should I get?

what about the multispoke slk55 rims will they fit the w210 with minimal modification? They look simliar to the sl55 rims but are not as wide.

Ok Thanks I just ordered SLK55 rims should be here next week. Have a couple questions:

Do I need different lugs than the lugs I have currently on my 1999 16 inch rims?
What brand/size tires should i get on the front and rears?
Im thinking 235/40's in front and 255/40's in the back will these rub?
would i be better off going with the suggested 225/40's in front and 245/35's in the rear

thanks

Do NOT forget Lynn's note that the SL takes 14mm bolts and the 210 uses 12mm. The bolt holes in the SL rims will have a 1 mm "slop" all around your 12mm bolt. Not good. People who have used SL and other 14mm bolt-rims on 210s have had bolts made up to fit the mod.
As far as what tires, well...what kind of driving do you mostly do? You should look at Tirerack's page that asks you those questions and then it lists a variety of tires to meet your needs.

I went with the SLK55 rims not the SL55 rims even though the heading says SL55 rims on a w210. Do these rims still use the same 12mm bolts?

could i go 235 40's on front? does the tire rack website have a way of searching for larger tires that will fit on the stock rim? I searched and only could find the plus one configurator. On the back how big should i go? I dont want to go with the the 245 35's on the rear they look kinda skinny will 255 40's work on the back?

thanks

A 235/40 is too wide for a 7.5" wheel. A 255/40 on the rear is too tall. I'd go with 225/40 on the front and 255/35 on the rear. These two sizes are very close in diameter, and I think close to the stock tire diameter.

thanks lynn and everyone else I just installed the rims and it looks pretty good pics to follow I cant believe how seamlessly it installed. I could use my stock bolts and center caps. I cant believe the improvement in handling and ride over my stock tires. I will post pics :)

no modifications are required, tyres sizes is for front 235/40zr18 and rear size is 265/35zr18,you must replace the bolts.
