SL Electrical Connectors - Disconnecting

I just pulled the header panel off the top of the windshield, and have un-fastended the base plate of the RH and LF Hyd Cyls, which lock down the hard/soft top.

However, there is an electrical connector in the underside, middle of the header cover panel. Before I damage that connector, is there a "secret" for releasing whatever tabs are holding the two halves of the connector together?

Is there a website that demonstrates how to do it?

P.s., will be sending my hyd cyls to TopHydraulic (Seattle area I think); nice over the phone and answer emails!
