My side view mirrors fold very very slowly for some reason. It seems to be that the motor inside them is worn out/old.

Has anyone else had this issue?

How do you get the mirrors to fold? I didn't get a chance to try this because I crashed the car within the first 45 minutes of having it [] Although, it was not my fault . . .

By putting the rear view mirror switch at the center, and pressing it downwards.

your mirror mechanism needs some low temperature grease. Remove the mirror cover and grease the track and cog. Open and close the mirrors a few times and it should be as fast as it used to be. I did this to mine after it slowed to a snails pace and all returned to normal
