I just paired up my BB Storm 2 with my 2007 450GL. I noticed that none of my contacts show up. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong.

I went to the dealer yesterday and they could not get the contacts to load. If you can manually load them, how do you do that? It's a shame that the contacts will not load.
