After performing my 5 year service I went to reset the service reminder. I have done this before.
After going through the steps the last step tells you can not back up after this step, Cancel or Confirm.

I hit confirm and I get the message that the full service cannot be performed.

Does anyone have an idea what went wrong. all doors windows trunk and hood are close and everything in the car is off.

It’s a software glitch, I just had the same thing happen to our C250 the day before we sold it. Had to pay the dealer for another service that I had just done for them to fix it. Bit annoying when it’s their software problem.
