I ma no expert in this, but I think service A is basically an oil change and dealership would charge something like $200. Service B could be big; in the neghborhood of $1000.

I had a service B a couple of months ago. The cost was $440. As far as I know it's the same as a service A but also with new wiper blades which cost about $150/pair, hence the steep price. They also top off fluids, replace any blown bulbs, etc.

I'd really try an independent MB garage. I got the Service B schedule done for $400 and it included a trans fluid change and filter. the dude told me that sometimes the filter o-ring fails and the filter drops into the pan. It's cheap insurance.

HOW CAN I RESET THE bb SERVICE INDICATOR ON 2004 BENZ CLK? TKS
And stop hijakcing the thread. Post your question in the CLK forum, but before you do, do a search for that question in that forum. It has probably been answered in depth many times over...it is very common.

$150/pair for wiper blades!?! I think I paid around 30 for OEM Bosch; it takes about 10 seconds to swap them. The dust filter was a little more work but still pretty easy DIY. My advice is just pay for the oil change if you don't want to DIY it and do the rest yourself.
