Hey all,
The rear end on my 560 SEL is sagging, and bounces like a trampoline over bumps. I checked the reservoir under the hood and its full. What parts usually go on these... or better said, where should I start inspecting in order of priority?

I'm guessing you have the hydraulic SLS, so most likely the accumulators. But don't rule out old springs or flow issues - so verify that first. Lots of info in the archives about this system and things that can be checked and ruled out.

My car wasn't sagging but I did have a really bouncy ride. It turned out to be the cells that fill with fluid needed to be replaced. I had it done at the dealer in little more than an hour. The cells weren't as expensive as I thought they would be, apparently they have dropped in price said the dealer. Anyway, the ride has improved significantly so money well spent.
