Are the Grills interchangeable between the coupe and the sedan?

If not - can one buy a replacement grill for a coupe that looks like the sedan? (without the big star)

If so - Can anyone direct me were I could purchase one?

The grilles are not interchangable. Some people have made their own starless grilles, but I don't know of any for sale.
