The thread in the DIY section, posted earlier, pretty much sums up how to get your car running correctly. First off, you must establish a baseline on maintenance items such as plugs, wires, cap, rotor etc. Check all the vacuum lines, air filter, ICV and so on.

I usually like to get a 2nd set of eyes on a car when it's new. I played around with the duty cycle, but got inconsistent results, so I'd like to have an expert look at it, find out what they did, then learn from that.
