This occured on some of my other SLK's, now my latest 03 is doing the same. I had the drivers side replaced while under factory warranty but now the passanger side is doing the same and extended warranty won't cover squeeks.

Any tips guys?

I'm guessing that you've already ruled out the seat belt buckle rubbing up against the seat? Mine squeaked big time, until I placed some felt on it and never heard from it again.

Thanks guys.

The buckle rub hadn't crossed my mind but I'll check it out as it could be the problem.
