The other day on the way to work my wife could not put on her seatbelt. The belt was stuck & would not pull out. She took it to the dealer & they fixed "this time only" as good will but will not fix it again. The dealer said they all do it & it is not covered by warranty. They followed up by handing her the "star bulletin".
My question is how can they not cover this problem under warranty?
