Hello,
On my '90 300SL a few years back I swapped the passenger seat bottom with the driver's seat. As the seat back surely looks the same can I make the same swap to hide the seat belt "rub" on the driver's side? Thanks for your guidance.....Ron

take a look. I think you will find they are mirror images of each other and would be a "no go".

Unfortunately, I would say no because the shape of the safety belt fairing is influencing the design of the back.
Look where the belt is coming from on the driver's seat, up and left, the opposite belt is located up and right on the passenger's one.
These parts are not symetric.
