I've been tracking Vacuum issues in a 2000 SL500 I purchased this summer like a fiend. The car is a 70k mile garage queen - really nice - but no door locks.

I thought I finally had them sorted - until I buttoned up everything up and then had no Center Vents or Locks when running. This previously worked. Ughh.

Can anyone tell me where this Vacuum line connects? The hardline is clipped behind the sunglass' holder. The other end is nowhere to be found - I've taken the underdash apart the climate control and sunglass holder out, nothing?? I originally thought it was the lock line for the sunglass compartment, but it is different. So frustrating.

Mine is a 1992 so perhaps things are different. But I think the vac pipes are numbered so you can refer to the diagram and get a fitment location. Can you see numbers on it?
