Scanning Manuals/Brochures

716 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  MBL87560SEC
I think it would be awesome if we could get a collection of Brochures/Owner's Manuals assembled. I know I could scan the original german owners manual from '88. Just to have a 'centralized' database of brochures/prospekte and pricelists, etc about our beloved 126s.

If anyone is interested, I will post in the next week or so when I go on spring break.

I'm not convinced you could do any better than the 2 CD manuals readily available on ebay. They are very comprehensive, to say the least and you can have them for less than $30.00, including shipping.

Just a thought.

I mean the actual Sales brochures, even the AMG options brochures, those sorts of things. I think you misunderstood, I did not mean the maintenence manuals.
I did, in fact, misunderstand and for that I apologize. However, the source for this offering still remains. I find ebay to be an excellent source for virtually EVERYTHING(can I interest you in a grilled cheese sandwich with the likeness of the Virgin Mary for $75,000)?

If not now....for sure someone on ebay will be offering printed OEM brochures at some time in the future. Good luck in your search!

Hi Parsifal,

The 500SEC site has http://www.500sec.com/manualsandcatalogs.html , a fairly comprehensive 'manuals & catalogues' section, which I've found both interesting & useful.

I too, am interested such info. Perhaps you have some additional items?

Cheers, MBL
