I am and live in Draper...not too familiar with the 126's...more of a 124 guy but I'd be more than happy to help...

I did some looking on AutoTrader and if it's the 560 at Smith Family Motors, my partner and I were driving by about a couple of weeks ago and happened to see it parked on the lot...I've wanted a 126 so we decided to stop and look...

The pictures they have posted make it look MUCH better than it is...within 2 feet, you can tell it's not in the best shape and a bit rusty...after closer inspection, we determined it wasn't even worth driving...

It would be a decent car if you could get it for a couple of grand, but at that price and considering what else was on the lot, I'd walk from it..

My two cents...take it for what it's worth...
