I have never been to one of these until Sunday. They had a Mercedes/Porsche theme so I decided to make the trip. I was expecting maybe a few cars no biggy so I was impressed! They had 5 or 6 ferraris a bunch of cobras I would say about 30 porsches including a couple of those 200+k Carrera GTs some bimmers some Audis but to top it off there was a gull wing 300sl a convertible, a 2007 S class AMG bi turbo and a 500 cls. The only other 126 was owned by a guy named Tom a really nice stock 91 560sec and my 88sec. I have been to the big hotrod shows and I have to say they kinda sucked compared to this little "get together" Here is the schedule make it out. We could use some better 126's mine isn't really that nice 'yet' but im working on it. Sorry no pics but I had fun. For the next one, my buddie and I will come through with a 500sl my car and a really really nice ducati. See ya there?

Sounds good. Nate (Veloce 300DT) had told me about this a year ago, and I meant to go.

I have no idea where the "Pavillions" is, though, not being especially familiar with Sacramento, since I lived there in grad school days.

Up here the only car club revolves around chpped and channelled '32 Fords, T Buckets, '67 Mustangs, those kind of cars.

No idea whatsoever of what a Mercedes Benz is, or who would drive one.

A change would be nice

Then maybe I can see you and the other cars, at the next one, if I can figure out where in the heck in Roseville the next Mercedes one is.

I won't have the clearcoat on the roof fixed yet, by then, but at least the rest of the car is in pretty decent looking shape.
