on my 2000 s500 i recently replace right side strut about 2 weeks later i replaced the upper control arm and now the whole right side is sitting about 1/2 inch lower than the left side. I replaced the height sensor and made sure it was in the correct hole. no codes in das

any ideas whats going on

Since you have already checked the ride height sensor connections (and I presume the arm was not bent), you might have your dealer or indy adjust the ride height for that strut in DAS.
