What's the best way to lubricate the rails of my sunroof, which is manual? Grease-like stuff or just spray with wd40? Thanks.

I suggest silicone and/or teflon based lubricant.
WD-40 is a solvent, and will remove long term lubricant.
Gooey mineral oil lubricant will tend to accumulate debris.

Use WD to clean the crap out first......no point in just lubricating it if it's got old thick grease with dirt stuck in it.:)
