LOL!!! I know, but - ok, ok. jkawaya- I'm sooo.... SORRY!!!

Anyway - if you have it an early years car (1991-1995) , the problem is in wire harness and or dirty ETA/linkage. If you have harness problems, the ONLY solution will be to replace the harness,which can be replaced by the average DIY'r in 3-5 hrs at home (do a forum search). Hope other members of this forum can help you to solve the problem.

P.S. your car is in LHM ( Limp Home Mode )

here is what I found about code that you post:
022 - Electronic throttle control (EFP) / cruise control (TMP) / idle adjustment (LLR) (104 engines)
022 - Cruise Control - limp home position
022 - Oxygen sensor heater, open or short circuit
022 - Exhaust temperature sensor short or open circuit (Japan version only)
022 - Exhaust flap short to positive
022 - Cylinder X misfire detected

Very true lcmlee but however ,new comers to this forum dont realize that here on Benzworld they can save 100's if not 1000's of dollars on fixing there car with the advise form members of the same type car that know about these problems,thats why they dont think they need to explain properly or writte something descent more understandable (they doubt our knowledge in general ) , we also have to concider that many out there dont speak english at all or just a little (like probably the new member jkawaya here ) since this is a worldwide website ,i cant realy blame some questions ask't here that are bad spell'd,written ,incomplete or are hard to understand ,what we need to do is to try help out the best way we can but at the same moment let them know how to post here as well ,it's the only way to keep the W140 spirit alive .If i know an answer to a specific problem of a user , i always try the best of my knowledge to help out if i can , as you know probably .
But yeah ,he could have ask't a little better with more info etc ... ,more specific ,not that i know the answer to the question he ask't anyway .A lot of owner's selling there cars these days ,every W140 owner that sold his car is one member lost ,so the new comers need to be given a chance to come on bord dont you think ,if not ,in time the W140 Benzworld section will be deserted in a way ,infact if you go over to the A class section here on Benzworld were you dont get an answer anyway no matter what the problem is ,it is already deserted ,think about it .

here am i, take for the example!!! I speak English only a little bit, maybe 30% only. And i'm still learning!!! I'm sure someone speak 100% and someone only 5%, and its ok! Ofcourse we need a new members, and if someone said in jest something, - people don't be sad and don't take personal.

There was or is no intention to offend anyone here other then HELP , i certainly do ,either on the internet or in real life .It dosnt worry me if someone speaks or writte's english perfectly or not at all ,i try the best to understand it & adress the problem that the person has.

My comment was more than just about the ability to complete a proper sentence. It's about giving us a little respect and introduce themselves. It would be respectful to give the forum a bit more back ground to the problem and what has been tried. Those sort of things. The short attempt by the original poster to gain quick answers with poor English is just the tip of what newbies should give us back. Hey, I believe I have done my bit in here in giving answers as well as gaining help from others. What I give is what I expect back.

Case in point...the OP has logged only one post in here. Really, do you really think he will come anyway close to 10?
