My temperature gauge shows that I am running at about 90-100 degrees (the line after 80) Is this normal for a 560 SEC? During highway driving it goes down to about 85-90, but around town it goes sometimes a little past 100!

I had the same problem like yours, after replacing the Fan Clutch, it is fine now. It always stays between 80c and 90c.

Hi Parsifal,

KKC27 is right on the money about the fan clutch. Around town, the engine fan is pulling much of the air through the radiator, all of it while idling waiting for the light to change...
Above 25 mph or so, just the movement of the car pushing through the air is enough.....
