RTV on Oil Level Sensor Gasket

Greetings all,

my Oil Level Sensor is leaking around the gasket, is RTV a smart fix for this? Or are these gaskets decent OEM parts?

I believe that just uses an O-ring. Just replace that and apply dry or as sbaert suggests, use a little Hylomar
