2000 CLK 320 Cabriolet rear head rest's/roolbar is in the up position and will not go down when the button is pressed. You can hear a relay click in the trunk but no movment. This means that the top will not go down. Any sugestions?

The emergency release for the rollbar may have been deployed. Try to reset it by pressing and holding the rollbar up button for 10-15 seconds. It should then re-engage and allow you to lower the rollbar.

Thank you for the sugestion, but I have done this already. The roolbar was set in the up position by me after the top was put down.
