Is it possible to put the plastic rocker panels of the 2nd version of the w201 in a 1st version w201?[)][?]

Yes, but you'll need to change the bumpers to match the rear quarter panels, at a minimum. The front bumpers should be changed to maintain the "lines."

If i remove the plastic strips of the first version of the w201 do the second version panels fit directly in the same clips?
