Has anyone tried this product? Also,is it plug and play? I think the price is right and they look very nice. They do mention a new wiring harness which makes no sense if it is made to fit my model.Any input would be great!

Neweggmall.com - '98-'02 Mercedes Benz CLK Black Housing Projector Headlights

I have found the pair from $241.00 to $ 999.00. Am I missing something?

The difference between those is that, the first ones are simple one piece housings with fixed projector lenses, no moving parts other than the basic aiming provisions (light beam pattern is disastrous).

The second and third links (too expensive) show a different design made by DEPO (Taiwan), those have the vacuum operated leveling hence, more moving parts, they are popular in Germany because of this function as it is a requirement (though I've seen a few rebels with non-compliant lighting). Optics are good quality too for the euro model (german made projectors, nice beam pattern). But still, that price is outrageous, eBay is cheaper.

A new harness is required only if your car is originally equipped with factory xenon, so because these are halogen, you have to "downgrade" the harness.

those projectors are garbage...especially if you put hid system with them...the cutoff is junk on those projectors..i suggest you have someone retrofit some real projectors into the housing..
