Resetting the windows after putting on the hard top.

When I had the soft top on the windows sealed nicely with no sqeeks and wind. Now that I have my hard top on i have noticed that when going over rough road my window is sqeeking and I get some wind noise. I know how to reset the windows when the battery gets disconnected but does anyone know how to reset the windows with out disconnecting the battery.
