Hey All,

I have a Service B indicator that is set to go off in 1100mi... I changed the oil, engine and cabin airfilters, and fuel filters. My question is how reset the service indicator? :surrender:

Renntech C230 Kompressor (2.3L)

Thanks in advance

EDIT: No, sadly Mercedes offers no help on this matter the user manual is SOOOO unshop like. It gives capacities. The service manual list what to do on Service B, but not how to reset this...

Hey, A-L, welcome aboard. Please take a minute to click the user cp link and complete your BW profile re: vehicle and location as that is often useful information.

And post pics, too...the guys like them for some reason!! :)

The procedure is not difficult ... but it is exacting. You will find it in your owners' manual, just read it and follow it carefully and it will reset. I'm not sure but I think you may have to wait until it pops up a notice in the display telling you when it is due; that is, you may not be able to reset it until you have the alert.

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg
