I want to replace my xenon bulbs but can not seem to get the bulb out. When I look at it, there's a black plastic covering that is easily removed by turning. Next, theres a thick wire with a red covering connected to what seems like the bulb. That one is also easily removed by turning it. After that, I can not seem to get any closer to the bulb. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

There is an orange plastic retainer ring with three points of grip that you need remove..

grip this with your thumb, index finger, and fourth finger. Turn counter clockwise hard and as you here a 'click' it releases. This will free the bulb. Pull directly rearward on the base of the bulb removing it from the receiver. Be carefull not to touch the glass bulb or you will need to clean the oil of your fingers off of it with rubbing alcohol.

Darwin, not Christy gave you this advice
