I'm in need of instructions on how to remove the original master window switch unit in drivers door. I purchased a new unit and was under the assumption the original unit would simply lift out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....thanks

This was my first foray into repairing my W164.
You'll need to remove the inner door panel, but then it's easy. Unplug, plug in. I found it on YouTube.
Expect 30 mins work for your first time. Dealership quoted me 2h labor, $700 total, highlighting either their ineptitude or perfidy.
