If you're talking about the sleeve which you insert before the actual unit, it is possible. You may have to take your dash out (I did). Because the existing hole is smooth there is nothing for the little tabs on the sleeve to grab onto like there is on most cars, so: Pull out the dash, Insert the sleeve, Get a couple of small screws (pan head, #6, about 1/4 inch long), drill a hole towards the back of the sleeve from the inside of the sleeve out (far enough to the back of the sleeve, or front of the car, so that you can still screw it in with a screwdriver) on the top and the bottom of the sleeve, Then screw in the screws! The factory opening has little ridges running lengthwise of the car, just make sure your screws are between those so that they will suck down and not interfere when you actually insert the head unit... Is that clear as mud?
