I have a "front parking lamp check" warning message. It seems like one of parking lamp bulb (inside eyelid lamp housing) was burnt out.

I removed the screw cap and try to take it out but it seems like it stuck there... I do not want to use excessive force which might break things like wires, etc.

Any tip to remove the bulb effectively?

it's pressure held so no worries about breaking if you pull it. It's probably just tight with grime and dirt. Try twisting it a bit to loosen the connector. Needle nose pliers will help. Do not pull by the wires as you might strip the connector.
