Did you get a response? I am curious because I need one too...

But if I can't find a reasonably priced one, I am going to make one out of plastic and one or two layers of wood veneer (mine OEM piece is constructed solely of about 10 layers of veneer... interesting construction method). I only have two other tiny pieces of wood (around the climate controls) so those should be easy to laminate with the same veneer, so I have it all matching.
