Trying to remove the telephone unit from glasses storage. All I could find on the search was that it just lifts out. I tried that but it won't budge. Is it stuck or is there a screw holding it somewhere?

There are some tabs at the bottom but usually you can just pull it straight out. The torrence is tight so it binds if crooked.
