I can't find any info on it, but it has numerous screws along the underside. Additionally, a photo on Ebay looks like clips along the inner middle edge, like maybe it would have to be pushed up after being unscrewed? I don't know. Other threads that are titled with "rocker panel" are actually referring to the side cladding.

AFAIK rocker panels - the metal panel below the doors are welded in.

Screws at the bottom and plastic pushbuttons at top. Try to pry as close or at the button as possible if you have to undo them.
