Removing inside sticker from heated rear window

This sticker is thoroughly cooked and ugly. Any tips to remove without compromising the heating element?

I would have mentioned earlier, heat gun, but there are defrost wires in place.
very Mindful use of a heat gun, in this area, otherwise....

don't ask me how I know.
repair of the heating wire, is doable though, but you really don't want to go there.
