Someone who could do something about the situation finally realized that the "Recommended Reading" following each final post was a disaster, leading to the useless revival of the ancient threads that were being shown. I just discovered that the "Recommended Reading" is now the unread posts that I want to read!

Hopefully it will alleviate the constant struggle with just signed up noobies resurrecting W220 threads that are 10 years old when they actually own everything other than a W220
