I have a 300 te 1992 and the rear wiper won't stop. I just changed the wiper motor because it was broken. since then, it no longer wants to stop when the car is running. it's cold where i'm right now and sometimes humid. I try to play with the control buttons but without success. I think it's a bad electric contact. I changed the fuse for the wiper, no succes.

does anyone have a similar idea or experience

I believe there is a wiper relay (I think it is in the tailgate) that controls the wiper motor. Sounds like this relay may be bad (contacts stuck closed).

the wiper motor has a rotating switch in it, with a contact that slides, and a curved track that continues to provide power until the wiper is at 'home' after its switched off.... if that's gummed up, it could keep running.

or if the 'always' power wire is shorted to the 'wiper power' wire, same thing could happen.
