Hello All,
So I recently got my first MB, a '97 E-320, white & tan & only 60k miles. The only thing wrong with it is that the inside rear view mirror makes a buzzing sound sometimes. Has anyone else had this problem or heard how to fix it?

Welcome to the forum Joe.

I was reading on here recently that there is a small fan in the vicinity of the rear view mirror that moves air over a sensor to regulate your climate control. You should see 2 small vents on the overhead console (1 on either side of the sunroof switch if so equipped). If the fan is going bad, it makes a noise. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the link, also there is one on eBay item# 2088207001 which shows a good view of this assembly.
