I recently bought an 04 c230k sport as a bank repo. It was a great deal. Pretty alabaster white with ash interior. It has been lowered slightly. It drives straight and tires seem to wear evenly but the rear subframe is off center slightly. Does anyone have any experience with side to side alignment of the subframe? It is off by by about 10 mm which means the right rear wheel is out towards the fender an extra 10 mm while the left is in 10 mm. My short term fix is to add a 20mm spacer to the left wheel so the look the same. My long term concern is that the drive shaft isnt perfectly centered. Im considering putting it up on blocks, taking the rear wheels off, loosening the subframe bolts and trying to pull it over into place. Any ideas would be appreciated.
