I know, it's the simplest of tasks to change a license plate -- until you see how rusted the screws are.
I can turn the screws, but they don't look to be backing out. I'm concerned I may be turning the plastic fitting that they screw into, but how would I know if that was happening?
So, thoughts on next steps? Try drilling them out and using the torch method? Try gaining access to the fittings by removing the interior panel?
