Rear end growling

I took my o6 S430 4matic in two weeks ago to have the next set of fluids replaced [coolant & differential oil]. Since then, when I make a tight full turn, so from the street into my driveway for example, the rear end seems to growl. This was not happening before the differential oil change. Any one experience a back end growling when turning? Cheers and thanks.
