rear end for 300d turbo

Does anyone know where I can get a rear end rebuilt for a 1984 300D Turbodiesel. I have used at least three used ones and after a while I am back to them growling. We went with a thicker grade fluid but that only lasted about a month or so . I would really appreciate some help.
