Does anyone know off the top of their head the size and type of the tools needed for the drain and fill plugs on the rear diff on a 95 E320?
Thanks in advance, Peter

Don't hold me to it, but I think they're 13mm 6-sided. So a 13mm Allen wrench should do it.

Get the kind that snaps onto the head of your 1/2" drive ratchet wrench. Makes the job far easier without busting knuckles.

Tranny & Diff oil changes:

Always remove the fill plug before removing the drain plug.

Trust me, you do not want to remove the drain-plug, drain the diff oil, and then find that you can not remove the fill-plug to refill it.
